Qualifications

• Pharmacist with ACPE-accredited degree (B.S. or Pharm D.)
• Hospital clinical pharmacy experience required
• Completion of an accredited PGY-1 residency or fellowship and PGY-2 in specialty preferred
• Board certification or eligibility within 1 year required
• Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license and BLS/ALS/ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and integrated pharmacy services in a decentralized hospital setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to optimize medication-use system.
• Support centralized and decentralized medication-use processes and ensure safe, effective therapy.
