Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System is seeking a Day Shift Float Clinical Pharmacist Operations Specialist in Tulsa, OK. You will oversee daily operations of the pharmacy's specialty areas, provide patient care, and coordinate training as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing (OK).
• Clinical pharmacy experience in hospital settings required.
• Completion of accredited PGY-1 Residency or fellowship; or PGY-2 in specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of operational specialty practice areas within the pharmacy department.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients as needed.
• Coordinate training and act as SME for operational specialty areas.
• Serve as preceptor for pharmacy students or residents.
• Ensure policies and procedures are developed, implemented, and followed.
