Job summary

Netpace Inc. seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and effective medication management for hospital patients in Independence, MO. Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred, but new grads and retail pharmacists will also be considered.

Your responsibilities include reviewing orders, dispensing medications, monitoring drug interactions, and supporting clinical programs such as pharmacokinetics and anticoagulation. A competitive hourly pay and potential sign-on/relocation benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD from ACPE-accredited program.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.
• New grads and retail pharmacists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Compound and dispense medications safely.
• Monitor drug interactions, allergies, dosing, and therapeutic outcomes.
• Recommend appropriate and cost-effective medication alternatives.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation, renal dosing, IV-to-PO conversion, and other clinical programs.
• Support medication safety initiatives and report medication errors or adverse drug reactions.
• Assist with pharmacy operations and staff scheduling.
