Job summary

Providence Covenant Hobbs Hospital in Hobbs, New Mexico, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operations in collaboration with the healthcare team. Schedule: Monday through Sunday every other week, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with base pay range discussed in the posting.

Minimum qualifications include a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and NM pharmacist license upon hire.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy upon hire.
• 1 year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy outcomes and patient quality of life.
• Deliver integrated pharmacy operational services to support patient care within Covenant Hobbs Hospital.
• Support Providence’s mission of caring for everyone, with attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency in medication management.
