Merrimack Health in Massachusetts seeks a Clinical Nutrition Manager who oversees clinical nutrition services, leads the Registered Dietitian team, and ensures safe, effective, and high-quality nutrition care across the hospital.

Reporting to the System Director of Food and Nutrition Services, the CNM handles clinical operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, and quality improvement, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance nutrition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field with accredited dietetics education and supervised practice for RDN credentialing.
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through CDR.
• Massachusetts dietitian licensure as required.
• At least three years of healthcare experience as an RD.
• Strong clinical nutrition, leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
