Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Hospital Clinical Educator to design, develop, and coordinate in-service education across hospital staff. You will partner with leadership to assess educational needs, plan effective programs, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Preferred: Previous experience as an Educator.
• RN with CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff completion of BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Manage equipment and skills stations for BLS/ACLS training.
• Assist in coordinating clinical rotations and student orientation materials.
• Train staff during new-hire and general hospital orientation.
• Coordinate the preceptor program and staff training.
