Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a PRN/PT Chaplain 2 to provide advanced spiritual care within a multidisciplinary team. You will offer compassionate support to patients, families, and staff, regardless of faith, and participate in training and volunteer coordination.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians to assess spiritual needs, deliver pastoral care, and contribute to end-of-life support, while maintaining records of counseling activities.

Qualifications

• Masters' degree preferred.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare setting required or preferred.
• BCC preferred; may apply to years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and conduct religious services for patients, families, and staff.
• Provide spiritual counseling and education to employees, students, patients.
• Support end-of-life care with pastoral support and counseling.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, counselors and staff.
• Recruit, train and coordinate pastoral care volunteers.
• Document and maintain records of spiritual counseling.
