Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Chaplain 2 to provide advanced spiritual care within a holistic, multidisciplinary team. You will offer compassionate support to patients, families, and staff regardless of faith background.

You will participate in staff development, oversee volunteers, and coordinate bereavement and religious services, contributing to a caring, patient-centered environment at our facilities.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in spiritual care or chaplaincy settings.
• Board Certification required or applicable (BCC).

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and conducts religious services for patients, families, and staff.
• Provides counseling and spiritual education to employees, students, and patients.
• Supports end-of-life care with pastoral support for patients and families.
• Partners with interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs and improve care.
• Develops relationships with local churches and community organizations; coordinates volunteers.
