The role includes performing sacraments, rituals, and liturgies to support local ministry and community, collaborating in holistic patient care, and mentoring CPE students and fellows.

The ideal candidate holds Board Certification or ecclesiastical endorsement, a Master’s in Divinity, and 3–5 years

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or related field.
• Board Certification soon after hire or ecclesiastical endorsement may be required.
• 3–5 years healthcare chaplain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide religious and spiritual care and counsel to patients, families, and associates, respecting diverse spiritual orientations and cultures.
• Perform sacraments, rituals, blessings and liturgies to support local ministry and community.
• Collaborate in holistic patient care and build meaningful relationships through regular visitations and communication.
• Mentor Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) students and fellows.
