Aufgaben

• Provide consistent spiritual care to patients, families, and staff.
• Assess spiritual needs and assist families in applying their faith.
• Provide crisis intervention; respond to Code Blue/Trauma Alerts.
• Visit patients on assigned units and build ongoing ministry relationships.
• Educate on Advanced Directives; discuss Living Wills and Health Care Surrogates.
• Support bereavement processes and family coping through faith traditions.
• Collaborate with medical staff to integrate spiritual care into treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and regulatory requirements.
