Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Chaplain for Lourdes Hospital to provide spiritual care within a faith-based healthcare setting. You will minister to patients, families and staff, offering pastoral presence and crisis support as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a Master’s preferred, and a commitment to the organization’s mission and values. 24/7 on-call duties include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPE completion within first year may be required.
• Experience as a chaplain in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual care to patients, families and staff.
• Support diverse faith groups with religious and ritual needs.
• Offer pastoral presence and active listening in crises.
• Assist end-of-life spiritual care and crisis support.
• Be on 24/7 call with holiday/weekend expectations.
