Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Divinity or equivalent required at hire.
• Master's degree in Divinity required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual, religious, and existential care to patients, families, and staff.
• Lead worship services and sacramental ministry when needed.
• Develop relationships with hospital staff to integrate spiritual care into clinical education.
• Respond to codes, deaths, and emergencies on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Advocate for spiritual needs within the multidisciplinary care team.
• Serve as liaison with community clergy for public relations.
