Qualifications

• Master's degree in theology or related field required.
• Three years of parish, hospital, hospice chaplaincy or comparable experience required.
• Board certification (APC/BCC) within 24 months is expected.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in implementing programs sponsored by hospital departments (e.g., Day One, Adult Formation).
• Provide spiritual assessment and pastoral care in assigned areas to patients, families, and staff.
• Interact with patient care teams on assigned units and share information through charting while maintaining confidentiality.
• Promote and participate in an interdisciplinary approach to pastoral care.
