You will provide essential spiritual counseling and support to patients, families, and staff. Each day includes direct spiritual, religious, and existential care, offering presence, rituals, and appropriate support during crisis or grief while collaborating with the healthcare team to honor diverse beliefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ministry or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of ministry or related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual, religious, and existential care to patients, families, and staff.
• Interact with the patient care team and communicate needs and concerns with sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead chapel services as needed.
