Responsibilities

• Fosters a positive relationship with physicians and staff, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Develops and leads a top‑notch administrative team.
• Establishes a sense of mutual pride among physicians, employees and the community, fostering shared purpose and goals.
• Maintains a visible presence and informs stakeholders about strategies, healthcare trends and activities.
• Recruits and retains first‑rate physicians to work with the facility.
• Exhibits strong communication, presentation and listening skills to ensure facility‑wide collaboration.
• Displays strong business acumen and knowledge of healthcare funding to support strategic decisions.
• Together with the CFO, signs to certify the facility's quarterly financials.
• Assesses strategic opportunities to enhance the facility’s market position.
• Ensures high standards of healthcare delivery and patient focus.
• Develops and communicates executable vision including new services and partnerships.
• Builds solid relationships with partners, payors and the community.
• Leads progressive physician/facility strategies to maximize long‑term potential.
