Select Specialty Hospital Oakland in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead hospital operations, shape strategic direction, and drive exceptional patient care in a critical illness recovery setting.

The CEO will provide hands-on leadership, develop budgets, oversee regulatory compliance, and build partnerships with the Governing Board. Candidate should bring a Master’s degree and at least three years of healthcare leadership and operations experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required.
• Three (3) years leadership experience in healthcare.
• Three (3) years operations experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting.

• Provide hands-on hospital operations management in a critical care environment.
• Offer leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight with focus on business development, quality patient care and fiscal accountability.
• Analyze complex situations and execute decisions effectively under pressure.
• Serve as vice-chair of the Governing Board if there is no market CEO.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and JCAHO regulations and promote employee engagement.
