Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related healthcare field.
• Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree.
• Five years of management experience in healthcare, with 2–3 years in a Senior Management position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance performance.
• Take responsibility for patient census and marketing services within the community.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Joint Commission standards.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse work environment and empower hospital staff.
• Provide motivation and leadership to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Education
