Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid NC driver’s license will be verified by Risk Management for insurance inclusion.
• Reads, writes, and speaks fluent English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies to walk-in customers and use proper documentation.
• Process pick tickets and stage orders for deliveries.
• Deliver special orders and obtain signatures for deliveries.
• Break down pallets and store received items into inventory.
• Verify items, manufacturer codes, expiration dates and quantities.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to deliver supplies and equipment.
• Perform duties in the facility’s mailroom.
• Communicate with purchasing, vendors, or requestors about inbound supplies issues.
• Prepare area by cleaning and sanitizing before/after shifts.
• Perform scheduled rounds and stat deliveries from Central Supply.
• Assemble specialty kits for restocking units.
• Other duties as assigned.
