Qualifications

• Current state Food Manager Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs preparation of food items on assigned menus.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, utensils, and storage areas after use.
• Labels, dates, and stores food items/leftovers appropriately.
• Trains or supervises Nutrition Services staff when assigned as PIE.
• Ensures meals meet flavor, temperature, and tray presentation standards.
• Maintains accurate portion control and checks food supplies on orders.
