Qualifications

• One year of experience in a care coordination/case management setting; two years preferred.
• Leadership experience in a hospital environment preferred.
• Must obtain/maintain Nevada RN license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage and evaluate Utilization Management and Case Management teams.
• Monitor program objectives and implement changes to improve outcomes.
• Administer and monitor departmental budget and staffing within funds.
