Responsibilities

• Serve meals for the cafeteria.
• Set up cold serving line with beverages, silverware, condiments, and napkins.
• Prepare salads, desserts, breads, juice, gelatin, and pudding as necessary.
• Make coffee for patients and employees.
• Distribute salads and desserts to patients and cafeteria.
• Prepare food following recipes, therapeutic menus, and diet guidelines.
• Ensure meals are at proper temperature and on schedule.
• Clean cafeteria, dining room, and work area.
• Stock paper supplies and manage cafeteria cashier duties.
• Perform related duties within the Food Service Department.
