Responsibilities

• Requisition supplies and maintain inventory in the café.
• Prepare hot and cold foods for retail service.
• Ensure sanitary and organized work area and comply with food codes.
• Set up for cafe sales and stock food and paper supplies.
• Monitor temperatures and document as required.
• Replenish beverages and maintain cleanliness of beverage areas.
• Wrap, label, and date items; rotate stock and discard expired products.
• Assist in other areas as needed and report to supervisor.
