Wilson Health is seeking a direct-hire Barista for the Sidney, Ohio location in the Dietary Food and Nutritional Services department. The role focuses on preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, professional service in a hospital café setting.

The position requires the ability to work early hours (5:30 am start), stand for extended periods, and follow safety and sanitation standards. Training and opportunities for growth are offered in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or beverage preparation experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, specialty beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station, counters, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen, dining, and other food service staff.
