Wilson Health in Sidney, Ohio, is hiring a full-time Barista for the hospital cafe. You will prepare coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other drinks, and provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role includes operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, restocking, following food safety standards, and collaborating with kitchen staff. Working hours are regular mornings with every other Saturday.

Qualificações

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare coffee, espresso, beverages, teas, and other menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Take orders and process payments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and surrounding areas.
• Restock supplies as needed and follow sanitation procedures.
