Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
• Arizona driver’s license with valid insurance and driving eligibility.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Knowledge of fire protection codes, plumbing and building systems, OSHA requirements, and safe working practices.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and work order software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform Building Engineer and Power Plant maintenance and repairs to keep hospital environment safe and attractive.
• Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records.
• Comply with Valleywise Health Vehicle Use Policy when operating a vehicle.
