Job summary

CBRE's Dickinson, ND hospital seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This junior role offers hands-on training and exposure to a wide range of building systems in a 186,000 sq ft facility.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or trade school with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting/repairs.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and address work orders across the facility.
• Self-perform smaller maintenance items and complete weekly/monthly PM tasks.
• Maintain all aspects of the facility and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform maintenance on plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, chillers, boilers, and water heaters.
