• Five years Plant Operator experience in commercial, industrial or healthcare settings
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and coordinate work to fit daily schedule.
• Operate and maintain boiler/chiller systems and related equipment.
• Monitor boiler operations and make adjustments.
• Respond to emergency calls for HVAC/R problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report deficiencies.
• Maintain stock and tools for repairs.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Coordinate repairs with other departments.
• Document boiler operations and maintenance in CMMS.
• Complete safety and technical training as assigned.
