Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Boiler Operator License required.
• Two years of skilled trade or vocational school completed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and coordinate work to fit daily schedule assigned by department director or designee.
• Operate and maintain boiler/chiller systems and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor boiler operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls for HVAC/R issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment and report deficiencies.
• Maintain stock and tools to support repairs.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
