Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Boiler Operator License is required.
• Five years of plant operator experience in healthcare, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Valid unencumbered driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boiler/chiller systems and related equipment.
• Monitor boiler operations and adjust as needed for optimal performance.
• Respond to emergencies for HVAC/R issues across the facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report deficiencies.
• Document work and maintain records in CMMS.
• Support outside vendors and coordinate repairs with other departments.
