Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Boiler & Chiller Building Technician to support a hospital in Temple, TX. You will ensure safe operation of boiler and chiller systems, monitor building operations, and interact with clients on a daily basis.

On the 1st shift Sunday through Thursday, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Experience with boiler and chiller systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective work orders on building equipment.
• Maintain chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and motors.
• Repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assist with energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to emergency repairs as needed.
