NOR-LEA GENERAL HOSPITAL INC in Lovington, NM is seeking a billing professional to perform clerical duties related to processing and billing insurance claims for hospital and physician bills. You will pursue claim payments and handle accompanying documentation.
The role requires a high school degree with experience in medical billing preferred; on-site work with full-time status and a .8 position is offered, along with collaboration with third-party payors.
Performs clerical duties pertaining to Insurance claims process as assigned. Processes and bill insurance claims for all hospital and hospital based physician bills; pursues collection of all claims until payment is made by insurance companies; and performs other work associated with the billing process.
