What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and Regional Directors to identify new opportunities in the US Acute Care marketplace
- Develop and maintain a pipeline for SafetyNet, Iris, Connectivity, Analytics, and clinical alarm management
- Present the clinical, operational, and financial benefits of the Automation portfolio to clients
- Function as a subject matter expert in SafetyNet Alarm Management and Data Solutions
- Create and maintain a CRM database of key account information, including sales opportunities and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in informatics, clinical engineering, or healthcare IT
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge with the ability to discuss Automation models across various care units
- Technical aptitude for Automation products, evidenced by education or hands-on experience in healthcare
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to lead group presentations
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel at least 60% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background knowledge of Hospital IT and EMR connectivity
- Familiarity with IHE PCD frameworks and clinical use cases for medical device integration
- Understanding of the health IT sales cycle in hospital, surgery, or long-term care environments
