Qualifications

• Five years of clinical experience with two years in leadership.
• Experience in home care, RPM or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical administrative leader for CIC units or programs.
• Lead staff, develop policies and ensure evidence-based practice.
• Recruit, train and develop personnel through performance management.
• Coordinate operations, staffing and workflow across CIC and home care.
• Oversee budget, resources and regulatory compliance for the unit.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Enhance patient and family experience and engagement.
• Drive innovation and adoption of digital health tools.
