University Hospital is seeking an Applications Analyst to analyze, design, and implement hospital systems under supervision. The role involves testing, training, and ongoing support, with collaboration across end users, vendors, and IS&T teams to meet standards.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years in related technology, Epic certification within 6 months, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Performs analysis, design, and implementation on systems to solve complex problems under the direction of a Senior Hospital Applications Analyst or Principal Hospital Applications Specialist. Tests and analyzes processes according to system specifications and within established timelines. Interacts with customers, vendors and other HST/IS&T staff to identify problems and propose solutions. Conducts training programs as required.
In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is PS/25S: $71,728.00 - $86,410.00 - $102,903.00 University Hospital considers multiple factors when determining compensation, including (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant work experience, education and training, key skills, internal equity, market data, and organizational needs. The expected salary range for this position is in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
