Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in ED or outpatient settings professionally and courteously.
• Collect information to complete registration per hospital policy and enter it accurately.
• Present documents for signatures and explain their nature to patients or representatives.
• Ensure satisfactory financial arrangements and collect payments where applicable.
• Coordinate authorizations with HMOs/carriers and transmit documents to providers.
