Job summary

The State of Minnesota’s Direct Care and Treatment agency seeks a Hospital Administrator for the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital (CABHH) in Willmar to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering inpatient mental health services for youth.

You will oversee operations, budgeting, staffing, and compliance, partnering with the Clinical Director, medical staff, nurses, social workers, therapists and rehabilitation professionals to ensure cost-effective, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare administration/management experience in behavioral health hospital or inpatient facility.
• Experience identifying and cultivating talent; promoting high performance and teamwork while resolving conflicts.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative leadership of clinical, human, fiscal, and physical resources to ensure high-quality care.
• Direct treatment staff activities and establish the scope of their work.
• Develop strategies to resolve operational and facility issues and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Build collaborative relationships with local services to provide a full range of treatment resources.
• Ensure staff training and credentialing compliance and promote professional development.
• Oversee cost-effective operations and safe patient care.
