Job summary
The Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital (CABHH) in Willmar is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our inpatient team serving children, adolescents and young adults with behavioral health needs.
As an RN at CABHH you will deliver direct nursing care, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and support treatment planning in a dynamic, child-friendly environment. Eligible candidates include MN-licensed RNs or those near graduation with NCLEX-RN pending.
Qualifications
- Be licensed or eligible for licensure as an RN in the State of MN.
- Future RNs within six months of graduation and NCLEX-RN may apply.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel to ensure individual nursing care needs are met and professional standards are maintained.
- Provide assessment and ongoing reassessment of clients on admission and throughout treatment.
- Oversee medication administration process.
- Participate in development and implementation of Master Treatment Plan and document results of interventions.
