The position is Full Time on a Swing Shift with an hourly pay rate of $25.00. You will patrol, respond to incidents, and help maintain a welcoming environment while following site-specific procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state regulations.
• As applicable, a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of healthcare facilities and parking areas.
• Monitor access points, assist with wayfinding, and maintain awareness of restricted areas.
• Document incidents and patrol activity and communicate with site leadership.
