True Food Kitchen in Palo Alto is hiring friendly servers to create a warm, welcoming dining experience. You’ll learn our vibrant menu, guide guests to their perfect dish, take orders accurately, and deliver meals with speed and care.

Previous restaurant experience isn’t required—we’ll train you and help you grow within a professional environment. Shifts are AM/PM and midday, part-time to 40 hours per person, with access to affordable health care, pet insurance, and volunteer opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

• Deliver fresh food and drinks with care and speed.
• Keep the flow smooth - refill drinks, clear tables, and jump in where needed.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
