True Food Kitchen in Palo Alto is seeking friendly Bussers to keep the dining room flowing, clear tables, support servers with food and drink delivery, and maintain a clean, welcoming space while delivering warm hospitality to every guest.

Flexibility is required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Part‑time roles up to 40 hours offer state tipped minimum wage plus tips, dining discounts, pet insurance, and access to wellness programs through our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift and move with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist servers with water/tea refills and clearing tableware.
• Monitor and clean floors, bar, and restrooms as needed.
• Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
• Clean spills quickly and discreetly.
• Help deliver food, especially during busy times.
• Thank guests and ask about their experience.
• Respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate with the team.
• Stay flexible to support smooth restaurant operations.
