True Food Kitchen in Newport Beach is seeking friendly, energetic servers to join our team. You’ll create a warm, welcoming guest experience and deliver thoughtful hospitality. We train you if you don’t have restaurant experience, and value passion for fresh food, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. Part-time eligible with tips, benefits through our partners, and opportunities for growth within the restaurant

• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant experience is a plus—but not required! We’ll train you.

Aufgaben

• Make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Share our vibrant menu and help guests find their perfect dish.
• Take and enter orders accurately.
• Deliver fresh food and drinks with care and speed.
• Keep the flow smooth—refill drinks, clear tables, and jump in where needed.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist.
