Qualifications

• 1-2 years of housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness in wet environments.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and guest-facing skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, physical setting.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest cleanliness across guest areas: baths, locker rooms, showers, and lounges.
• Handle laundry cycle: wash, dry, fold, restock towels and sandals; monitor inventory.
• Assist guests with lockers, towels, and amenities; provide directions and support as needed.
• Identify safety hazards and spills promptly; uphold sanitation protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments; participate in daily huddles and support operations.
