Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail experience and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems and handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, and guide them to experiences.
• Answer calls, take messages, and relay guest needs to the team.
• Check in guests for tours and tastings and coordinate with guides.
• Provide information about spaces, experiences, products and events.
• Assist guests with merchandise purchases and process transactions.
• Restock displays and monitor inventory as needed.
• Keep front desk and gift shop welcoming and tidy during shifts.
• Open/close duties and secure merchandise and supplies.
• Receive mail/packages and help with outgoing shipments.
• Address questions or concerns and involve a manager when needed.
• Follow cash handling, age verification, and safety procedures.
