Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Server in Ballwin, MO. This full-time position requires hosting residents, assisting with meal service, and keeping common areas tidy. Weekend shifts are included, with a sign-on bonus of $750.

You will greet residents, ensure a welcoming dining room atmosphere, and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care and service in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining area, mingle with residents, and foster connections.
• Support meal service and maintain a tidy dining environment.
