Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse to deliver one-on-one hospice care in patients' homes, with schedules including 12-hour days on Saturdays and Sundays or other variations, plus alternating weekend on-call. Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing end-of-life challenges? Our Hospice Care team is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver personalized, one-on-one care in the comforting setting of patients\' homes.

Schedule

We have multiple schedule variations available for this role.

• Saturday & Sunday 12 hour days
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday or Saturday, Sunday & Monday 12 hour days

Please note all schedules will include alternating weekend on call expectations.

Requirements

• Vermont Licensed RN with a passion for hospice and palliative care.
• Minimum of two years clinical med-surg and acute care nursing experience required. Minimum of one year of Hospice experience required. Home care experience and/or previous case management experience preferred.
• Valid VT driver\'s license and reliable vehicle with automobile insurance is essential for home visits.
