Job summary

Traditions Health LLC is looking for a dedicated CNA to join our Hospice Team in Peoria. In this role, you will develop and promote volunteer programs while ensuring effective patient care. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in volunteer management and possess strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in recruitment & management of volunteers preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner required.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, trains and coordinates hospice volunteers.
• Develops the volunteer program through collaboration with the IDT.
• Monitors volunteers' adherence to patients’ plans of care.
