Job summary

Ohio's Hospice is seeking a Travel Float RN to cover any area of need across our three Ohio regions. This full-time role involves 12-week assignments with shifts that may vary between days, evenings or nights based on coverage needs.

The Travel RN will support Care Management, Admissions, Home Health and IPU, collaborating with IDT members to ensure compassionate end-of-life care and patient comfort in every setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, State of Ohio with no board actions.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Float Travel RN across Ohio's Hospice 3 regions (South/Central/North).
• Provide high-quality end-of-life care and coordinate with Care Management, Admissions, Home Health, and IPU.
• Cover inpatient unit, admissions, case management, home care and extended hours as needed.
