Job summary

Suncrest Hospice in Ohio is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide resident care under the direction of a Case Manager/ DON, coordinating with a care team and following nursing policies and safety guidelines. • Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with community organizations in patient care.
• Ability to work well within a team environment to collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership.
• Eager to gain certifications and further education.
• Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level with support from the patient care team.
• Able to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
