Suncrest Hospice is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct resident care under the direction of a Case Manager/DON. You will collaborate with a diverse care team to implement care plans and ensure high-quality, compassionate service in a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include following nursing policies, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a culture that values teamwork and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to improving quality of life for patients and families.
• Ability to work well within a team with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and leadership.
• Willingness to pursue higher certifications and education as opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

• Provides resident care to assigned residents per assessments and care plans.
• Coordinates care with licensed staff under nursing management guidance.
• Adheres to nursing policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
