Suncrest Hospice is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to support resident care under the direction of a Case Manager/DON. You will work with a patient-care team to deliver care per plans and assessments, while adhering to safety guidelines and nursing policies.

Qualifications

• Must be State Tested Nursing Assistant in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work well in a clinical team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to assigned residents per assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate with licensed staff to ensure appropriate care.
• Follow nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and leadership.
